The 2018 Jaguar XE is a compact luxury vehicle offering robust engine options, sharp handling and a large array of features. The following trim levels are available: XE, Premium, Prestige, R-Sport and Portfolio.
The base engine is a turbocharged four cylinder engine with 247 hp and paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. A diesel engine is available which comes equipped with a turbocharged power plant. Buyers who want more power may want to opt for the supercharged V6 engine with 296 hp. Four driving modes are available: Normal, Eco, Dynamic and Rain/Ice/Snow.
The interior comes standard with synthetic leather seats with the option of leather appointed seats. Standard interior features include HD radio, a USB port, bluetooth connectivity, push button start and a moonroof. Available optional features include a 10″ screen, proximity key and upgraded sound system with 11 -speakers.
Cargo space stands at 15.9 cubic feet. Available safety features include air bags, ESC, brake assist, daytime running lights and traction control.
